Impressive location with views of the city from higher floors. The hotel feels brand new—clean, spacious, and inviting. Positive interactions with staff, especially the delightful woman who brightened our mornings with breakfast. Kayce and DaNeesha provided valuable insights about the area. the outdoor pool was a disappointment; it was unheated and not suitable for children. Parking fees were unexpected and unnecessary, especially in a less central location. We encountered inconsistent housekeeping; beds weren't made, and basic supplies weren't replenished. Still, the sense of security was appreciated, and the staff’s efforts generally shone through. Attention to details—like better cleaning protocols and more amenities—could elevate the experience.

I was blown away by how clean and cozy the room was! The large walk-in shower and awesome water pressure were a total game changer! Plus, the seasonal outdoor pool was perfect for lounging under the sun.

The staff goes above and beyond to help you out. The breakfast hits the spot, and there's a Starbucks right out front to fuel your coffee addiction.
Just keep in mind the daily parking fee can surprise you.

The large shower was a refreshing change from typical shower/tub combos, providing a great shower experience. Temperature control was easy to manage, ensuring a comfortable environment. The bed was soft yet supportive, perfect for a restful night's sleep. the lighting options could be improved; the many switches didn’t seem to enhance brightness much. Noise levels were minimal, adding to the comfort. the cleanliness and convenience of the room greatly contributed to my enjoyment.
